Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, click the login link and enter your email. A passcode will be sent to your email so you can access your orders page.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer pays return shipping unless an item is defective or sent in error.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label to resolve the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital downloads, custom products, and consulting sessions are non-returnable. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please allow your bank or credit card company time to post the refund.
